WADI JANNAT XI

Al Nahimi is a small segment within the village of Bani Al-Siyag in Hayma Dakhiliya of western Yemen. The Al Nahimi XI lot comprises Alchemy processed Yemenia and is a part of Qima’s Competition and 90+ Series, a category of the best coffee Yemen has to offer. 
The Alchemy processing relies on a combination of pressure (up to 10 bar/145 psi), temperature control, gas regulation and managed drying, to develop a truly unique coffee with unparalleled flavour expression and structure. 
All the processing and fermentation protocols are underpinned by principles of chemical engineering, ensuring the innovations are both sensorially unique and scientifically novel.
