• Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on location and customs.
International (outside the EU):
• Delivery times vary by country and customs processing (7–20 business days).
Coffee Subscriptions (Germany):
• Delivered on the chosen schedule.

2. Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• For international orders, any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

• Inspect your package upon delivery.
• If a package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

• Kanso Coffee Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
