Shipping Policy – Kanso Coffee Lab


We aim to deliver your coffee reliably and efficiently. Please read the following guidelines.



1. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times


Germany:

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.


European Union:

Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on location and customs.


International (outside the EU):

Delivery times vary by country and customs processing (7–20 business days).


Coffee Subscriptions (Germany):

Delivered on the chosen schedule.



2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.



3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.



4. Delays

Kanso Coffee Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or force majeure events.

5. Packaging & Liability

Orders are packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

Inspect your package upon delivery.

If a package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Kanso Coffee Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
