Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel any online order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in accordance with §355 BGB.
To do so, please contact us via our online chat or by email.
Please ensure that all returned items are in brand new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order according to your preference.

Coffee and Food Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, coffee and other food products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, unbroken packaging.
If the seal or packaging of such products has been opened or damaged, your right to cancel the order will no longer apply.

Return Shipping
Return shipment costs are covered by the customer.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
This policy applies only to private (consumer) customers and not to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us
Reach out via the online chat or email with the following details:
• Order number
• Email address used for the order
• Details of the product(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
2. Receive Return Instructions
We will reply within 3 business days with detailed instructions, including your return label and a return number (RET#).
3. Prepare and Send Your Return
• Please send your return within 3 days of receiving your return label.
• Pack the items securely and include a printed note with your RET# inside the parcel.
• The shipment remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 10 calendar days.

Returned Shipments (Non-Collection or Delivery Issues)
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or delivery issues, we will store it for up to one month.
Should you wish to have the order resent, please contact us, a reshipment fee may apply to cover shipping costs.
