On Finca La Esperanza, located on the slopes of Mount Wapen near Villa Rica at 1,800 meters above sea level, Señora Onofre Martin cultivates high-quality organic coffee. A third-generation farmer from the indigenous Yanesha community, she grows Arabica varieties including Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, Geisha, and Catimor.

She practices organic agroforestry, farming in harmony with the region’s environment, flora, and fauna, and sees premium organic coffee as a vital opportunity to support and advance her family’s future.
