Kevin and Kenny Soewondo, brothers from Surabaya, founded Kevenka after starting a café and roastery. Their curiosity about green coffee quality led them to source and process coffee from the highlands around Mt. Ijen, where they now run processing centers and supply both domestic and international markets.

To improve quality and efficiency, they have invested in technology such as a cherry color sorter and a Pinhalense mechanical dryer to handle the region’s wet climate.
