Mi Finquita Panama, founded in 2005, specializes in premium Panamanian coffee cultivated in a unique terroir shaped by volcanic ash, thermal waters, and coastal breezes. Cherries are hand-selected, pulped, and fermented in tanks for 1–2 days. After washing through channels, they dry on African beds for up to 15 days, then complete their transformation over 11–15 days in dark rooms—enhancing complexity and depth in every cup.
