Located in a unique terroir enriched by volcanic ash, thermal waters, and coastal influences, the region offers ideal conditions for exceptional coffee.The process includes hand-harvesting, dry cleaning on African beds, 11 days of pre-drying, controlled rehydration, and final drying over 22 days in dark rooms.
